Capita’s first business centre in India was established in 2004 and we now have over 150 man years of senior management experience, which has supported multiple successful transition projects; including the transfer of over 3,300 roles from the UK to our Indian operations alone.

Having laid the foundations with investment in people, infrastructure and business processes we have to date approximately 5,800 employees servicing 27 clients across a range of sectors including utilities, media, telecoms, public sector, retail, health and financial services.
